Villa 14 is identical to Villa 70 and right next door. All of our homes are completely private, walled, gated and separate. Nothing is shared between them. Relax on the furniture on the wet deck of your private 42-foot pool and take in the panoramic mountain views! If you have a large group, split into both villas to have 20,000 square feet all to yourselves.

Like all of our homes, each of the 6 luxe bedroom suites feature a private bathroom and flow seamlessly to the outdoors. With a private pool, spa, fire pit and much more, 5 Palms Estate is the perfect setting to gather family and friends, corporate retreats, birthdays, bachelorettes or an indulgent desert getaway.
*Per Palm Springs Law, maximum occupancy of any vacation rental is 2 people per bedroom plus up to two additional children that are 12 or younger.
